Help Change the Narrative Around Down Syndrome

Do you have a child with Down syndrome? Are you empathetic and able to communicate with families from diverse backgrounds and experiences, meeting them “where they are” on their new journey as parents? You may be a good fit as a Regional Lead Parent or a Basket Delivery Parent!

*Applications are OPEN! We will begin interviewing in February 2024

Regional Lead Parents (RLP)

Regional Lead Parents are the local face of Jack’s Basket in regions across the United States. RLPs are critical to our mission of celebrating every baby diagnosed with Down syndrome as they create personal relationships with medical providers around the country and coordinate parent-delivered baskets reaching new families in their local area.

Please find qualifications, key responsibilities, and the application form below.

Basket Delivery Parents (BDP)

Basket Delivery Parents are the face of Jack’s Basket with families. BDPs deliver baskets to parents in their area and connect with parents outside of their area over the phone. They are key members of our mission, ensuring that every new and expectant parent is provided resources and avenues of support; from one parent to another.
